Session Ended

Dear ETC545 students,

The session has ended.  Hopefully all of your class responsibilities have been completed and you will be free to enjoy the summer.

The grades for the class are being finalized and will be posted within 3-5 days.  You will receive a notification by e-mail & Tweet when the grade is posted.  It is important for you to check your grade book as frequently as possible to review your grade before it is finalized.

If you need to download the course materials, please do so ASAP.  The University will lock the course materials after the class is ended.

This has been a great experience working with you.  It was a very challenging and intensive course.  I think all of you have done a great job.  This is just a start for you to integrate technology into your teaching and learning.  I hope you have are able to integrate what you learn in our class.  I have to say this session is one of the best one I’ve ever had.  All of you have been active learners engage in dynamic learning.  I am very proud of you. J

If you haven’t responded to the course evaluation and CMC survey, I encourage doing so.

School Computing Policy

Question: Assignment 2, question 12. School's computing policies. I don't have teaching experiences or any school affiliation yet, what should I do?  Answer: We can select any school's or school district's computing policy. If you know which school you may be teaching it, its policy could be a good one. Or you can just select the one from your local schools.  Generally, schools or school districts should publish their policy on the website. For example, here is the one from the Kyrene school district. https://www.kyrene.org/Page/21478
