IMPORTANT-READ: ETC545 Final Grade Posted

(Same e-mail sent to BBLearn & NAU E-mail accounts.)

The final grades have been posted in the grade book on BBLearn and NAU.  It may take a few days to show up on your NAU record.

I highly recommend that you print a copy of your grade book on BBLearn and save it in your records.  For now on, please forward your correspondence to my NAU e-mail account at Chih.Tu@Nau.Edu.

There were a couple of our classmates asked me about a Master Degree in Educational Technology at NAU.  NAU does offer a master degree and a certificate in Educational Technology with the emphases in K-12 and Adult Learning.  The degree offers fast-track curriculum.  A master program can be completed in a year if preferred.  For more information see: http://nau.edu/coe/educational-technology/

During the session we have joined various Web 2.0 groups, please free to leave the groups, such as ETC545 Twitter etc.  We will use the same groups for upcoming ETC545 instructions.  If you would like to get updated on educational technology trends and news, I encourage you to follow ETC Community:

School Computing Policy

Question: Assignment 2, question 12. School's computing policies. I don't have teaching experiences or any school affiliation yet, what should I do?  Answer: We can select any school's or school district's computing policy. If you know which school you may be teaching it, its policy could be a good one. Or you can just select the one from your local schools.  Generally, schools or school districts should publish their policy on the website. For example, here is the one from the Kyrene school district. https://www.kyrene.org/Page/21478
