Yá'á'tééh Shik'is Laura,

This summer, we will be hosting our 2nd Annual Native Innovation Technology Integration Conference. We were filled to capacity last year with participants learning technology integrated solutions for business, education and healthcare. This conference is becoming a leading networking event in the Southwest.

Over two dozen hands-on workshops are on schedule and marketing vendors will fill every space. We are excited to continue partnering with Twin Arrows Navajo Casino & Resort to provide thought-provoking panels and the chance for you to meet amazing people. All of us at Native Innovation designed the conference to have something for everyone — whether you are just starting to explore these issues or are already a seasoned expert. So dive in to the sessions, soak up the speeches and performances, roll up your sleeves at a workshop, and don't forget to save a little energy for the evening.

This conference is about technology, democracy, serving clients, education – it's about transforming our frustrations with the current system into visions for a better one and a plan for action. It's about coming together, learning, making new friends and meeting new allies. It's about becoming part of an exciting, essential and historic movement at a crucial moment.

Master of Ceremonies: Mr. Pax Harvey, Comedian & Entertainer
Added Events: 5K Fun Run & Goose Chase Scavenger Hunt
Evening Entertainment: Comedy Show (Pax Harvey)
                                        The Stateline Band

School Computing Policy

Question: Assignment 2, question 12. School's computing policies. I don't have teaching experiences or any school affiliation yet, what should I do?  Answer: We can select any school's or school district's computing policy. If you know which school you may be teaching it, its policy could be a good one. Or you can just select the one from your local schools.  Generally, schools or school districts should publish their policy on the website. For example, here is the one from the Kyrene school district. https://www.kyrene.org/Page/21478
