2018-2019 GA and Tuition Waiver applications available

I just wanted to let you know that the 2018-2019 GA and Tuition Waiver applications are available on our department website and we will accept applications until all positions are filled.  We will have a lot of GA positions available this year as many of our GAs are graduating this spring.  We also have the same allocation of tuition waivers, 6 in state and 2 out of state/international.  Please spread the word to any qualified applicants!  We also accept applications from other departments for qualified GA's, but tuition waivers are for ESP students only.

Applications and instructions are available through a link on our website here:  http://nau.edu/ed-specialties

I have also attached a copy if you would like to forward it to anyone directly.

Thanks!

School Computing Policy

Question: Assignment 2, question 12. School's computing policies. I don't have teaching experiences or any school affiliation yet, what should I do?  Answer: We can select any school's or school district's computing policy. If you know which school you may be teaching it, its policy could be a good one. Or you can just select the one from your local schools.  Generally, schools or school districts should publish their policy on the website. For example, here is the one from the Kyrene school district. https://www.kyrene.org/Page/21478
