Mac PDF Problem

Announcement from E-Learning Center at NAU
Blackboard has also released a patch to address the issue with PDF files not opening for Mac users running Safari or Firefox without a PDF plugin. While the patch does not solve the problem (which is actually an Apple problem, not a Blackboard problem), if the user does click such a file it will now display a link from which the user may download the PDF, instead of just displaying a "missing plugin" error.

School Computing Policy

Question: Assignment 2, question 12. School's computing policies. I don't have teaching experiences or any school affiliation yet, what should I do?  Answer: We can select any school's or school district's computing policy. If you know which school you may be teaching it, its policy could be a good one. Or you can just select the one from your local schools.  Generally, schools or school districts should publish their policy on the website. For example, here is the one from the Kyrene school district. https://www.kyrene.org/Page/21478
